This is the last POETS’ Breakfast of this year!! Celebrate our 3rd Poets’ Breakfast with us and share one of your poems/work/song lyric/rap/spoken work etc in the open mic section! Or share a well loved poem. Or if you’d prefer, sit back and take in the work of your colleagues and friends and simply listen. No experience necessary! Everyone is welcome! We’ve had 8 year olds to 80 year olds read their work! Professionals to semi professionals to absolute first time poets! Absolutely everyone is welcome in this space!
We are honoured to present our SPECIAL GUEST, the incomparable Nina Angelo!! Nina is an OAM recipient – “a connector of the creative dots in communities. She is a motivational speaker, arts consultant, mentor, intuitive artist, registered Marriage Celebrant, writer and activist. Nina is passionate about gathering women together to share their truth and heal the impacts of intergenerational trauma through storytelling. She seeks to uncover the creative spirit in all of us and capture the stories of our culture in our times”.
