An exciting one-off ‘Choir @ Qirkz in the Hunter’ workshop happening on the 21st October 10:30am-12pm. Join us for a sing in a wonderful new and dedicated music venue in the Hunter! Variety of music – African folk to pop to African American Gospel and more! Run by dedicated teacher and long time performer (me – Alexi Kaye)! No experience necessary. The latest research from Oxford University and others state that singing with others has extremely good benefits for your physical and mental health, so do your self a favour and sing with others in this great space! The fee of $15 includes a coffee or cup of tea from Qirkz in the Hunter’s reknowned Café! Pay cash or card at the door. For those of you wanting to stay after the workshop for a drink, snack or lunch, Qirkz’s café will be open for breakfast and lunch:). See you there!! xx
